French macarons are such wonderful delicacies that bring a bit glamour of to any day. Filled with moist buttercream these colorful meringue-like confectionaries one of those things that bring a smile to my face each time and make the day for the better. I even tried making some once but it seemed to be really hard to get the macarons to look pretty and have them served in a correct shape. Also, achieving the right kind of pastel color can be rather difficult. Yet, I am determined to try to make some myself again. But before that time comes, I might just have to settle for ready-made treats and daydream. Hope you enjoy and have a sweet weekend!
